I loved making this rainbow pinata cake for a little girl's 6th birthday party. It was super tall with six different colored layers, frosted in purple (her favorite color), and filled with sprinkles. The birthday family was so sweet to send me a picture of the cake right before they lit the candles and once they cut it, so I could see how the surprise turned out.

I used a cookie cutter to cut a hole in the middle of each layer except the top, keeping them all centered and lined up, then started filling it with lots and lots of rainbow sprinkles.
Filled to the brim!
