My friend Uttara, who is the mom of the silly face cookie fans, asked me to make cookies for her teacher friends at school. Same brownie rollout cookie recipe, also decorated with royal icing, but this time valentine-themed. Again, because I am a nut, I decided no two could look alike. (As far as the teachers were concerned, they were getting cookies, and I can't imagine they would have cared, but I wanted them to be unique.) Here's how they came out!
I packaged them in plastic baggies because - COVID. Plus, it looks cute and the bags have little adhesive strips that makes them easy to seal!
