Oh, boy. It's really been a while since I posted, and I'm behind. I have to tell you about my daughter's birthday cake, and her friend's fun cupcakes, and probably a bunch of other things. But for tonight, I'll keep it simple:
I broke up with my bundt pan.
After another bundt failure, I decided I'm done with my cheapo, not-at-all-nonstick pan. Into the recycling with you! I'm going to spend some of my birthday money on a real bundt pan, and then I will regale you with stories and pictures of cakes that don't stick.
