Made cranberry-pecan rugelach again for Rosh Hashanah. I screwed up and didn't read my own directions thoroughly; as a result, I used less flour than I should've. Only a half-ounce, but the dough was super sticky and hard to work with. Despite this, they got rave reviews, so I guess the extra buttery flavor never hurt anyone.
