how to tell if your child is being raised in california

We're looking through a board book on colors. Each page features one color with labeled photos of five or six objects of that color. Boy-o's vocabulary is getting really strong (rock on, talking boy!) but he doesn't exactly get the color thing yet, so I thought it would be fun to see what he could identify.

The green page comes.

Me: What's that?
Boy-o: Birdy. Tweet tweet.
Me: And that?
B: Foggy (ribbit)
Me: And that? (pointing to a picture of an open pea pod with peas spilling out)
B: Edmommy!
