I've never heard of persimmon chips b...I'm excited! I've never heard of persimmon chips before. I find Fuyu persimmons kind of boring, too, but they're so pretty I always buy them and admire their color and shape as I watch them go bad on my counter. <BR/><BR/>(I like the softer Hachiya ones, but they seem more like a condiment than a fruit to me. Next you'll have to figure out something for me to do with those.
